Getting Started
How do I create my USIBID account?
Click Log In in the top menu and select Create Account. Enter your name and email, then verify using the link we send. Once verified, you can enroll and access your dashboard.
How do I enroll in a course or certification track?
Open Courses, choose a program (e.g., Digital Economy, Sustainable Business), click Enroll, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation and instant portal access.
Are programs self-paced? When do they start?
Most programs are self-paced with flexible start dates. If a track runs in cohorts with live elements, the schedule appears on the course page. Replays are typically available inside the portal.
Cost & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards are accepted for individual enrollments. For teams and agencies, we can arrange invoicing or bank transfer—contact Partnerships for details.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed after checkout. You can also download payment records from your dashboard for your expense reports.
Do you offer discounts or scholarships?
We periodically run promotions and group discounts for organizations. Ask our team about current offers and eligibility for cohort or regional programs.
Course Certificates
How do I earn a certificate?
Complete all required modules and assessments in your track. When requirements are met, a digital certificate is issued to your account automatically.
When and how will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are generated upon completion and emailed to your registered address. You can also download them anytime from your dashboard.
Do certificates expire?
No. Certificates show your completion date and remain valid. We recommend periodic upskilling as standards evolve—check our latest modules for refreshers.
Problems with order or account
I can’t log in—what should I try first?
Use Forgot Password to reset, then check spam for the email. If issues persist, clear cache/cookies, try another browser, or contact Support with a screenshot of the error.
My payment failed or I was charged twice.
Duplicate charges are often temporary authorizations and disappear automatically. If a posted duplicate remains after 3–5 business days, contact us with the last four digits of the card and timestamps.
Videos won’t play or pages won’t load.
Try a different browser, disable VPN/strict extensions, clear cache, and ensure a stable connection. If it persists, send a screenshot, device/OS, and browser version to Support.
